Rebates subject to on-site compliance inspection by City representatives. Application must be received within 60 days of purchase and installation of clothes washer. Copy of original dated itemized sales purchase receipt must be attached to application for HECW Rebate approval. Limit of one rebate per residential customer utility billing account.
