Returns & Refunds

In-carton (A goods) merchandise may only be returned with prior written authorization from Ventura TV Video Appliance Center, Inc.  All authorized returns will be for store credit and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Merchandise returned for credit must be in resaleable condition, accompanied by all undamaged factor materials, i.e. carton, packing, accessories, owner's manual, etc. AND subject to management's inspection and approval.  Merchandise will not be accepted for return after 30 days of customer's receipt of goods.
