The competitor must be a local authorized stocking retailer of the brand they are selling and have the same model in stock and available for immediate pickup or delivery. Simply bring in the ad or printed price quote of the local retail competitor or send us a web link to their web page displaying the lower price while the lower price is in effect.
Ventura's Price Guarantee excludes typographical errors, delivery and installation services, distressed merchandise, scratch and dent, "limited quantity" offers, close-outs, special purchases, one-of-a-kinds, floor models, open-box merchandise and refurbished products, as well as offers that include financing incentives, bundling of items, free items, or mail-in offers or rebates.
Due to the nature of Black Friday sales, our guarantee excludes certain models sold by competitors one week prior to and one week after Black Friday.
